All prices listed on this website, in marketing materials, or provided verbally are estimates and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to maintain accurate pricing information, published rates may not always reflect the most current pricing. Patients are encouraged to contact a Hinkapin Health Care Coordinator to verify pricing before scheduling services.
Pricing information presented by Hinkapin Health is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered a guarantee of final charges, coverage, reimbursement, or eligibility for services.
Hinkapin Health provides healthcare navigation, care coordination, concierge services, employer health solutions, and access to contracted healthcare providers and facilities. Hinkapin Health does not directly provide all medical services described on this website.
Medical care may be delivered by independent physicians, surgery centers, hospitals, laboratories, imaging centers, pharmacies, or other healthcare providers.
When applicable, bundled pricing may include certain physician, facility, anesthesia, navigation, and care coordination services as specifically outlined in the patient agreement or service proposal.

Prices quoted by Hinkapin Health may be based on information provided by independent healthcare providers and facilities. Final charges are determined by the treating provider and may differ from initial estimates.
Hinkapin Health is not responsible for pricing changes made by third-party providers.
Self-pay pricing is available only to patients who agree to pay the full amount prior to receiving services. Self-pay rates may not be combined with insurance benefits and generally will not be applied toward insurance deductibles or out-of-pocket maximums.
If a patient elects to submit claims to any private insurance plan, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or other government-sponsored healthcare program, self-pay pricing may not apply. Hinkapin Health does not participate in or accept insurance for its services.
A processing fee of 3.5% will be added to payments made by credit or debit card where permitted by law. This fee reflects third-party payment processing costs.

Hinkapin Health does not guarantee insurance coverage, reimbursement, preauthorization approval, or payment by any insurance carrier. Patients are responsible for verifying benefits and understanding their financial obligations prior to receiving services.

Hinkapin Health does not provide emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, patients should call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention.
